ZEN
This work emerges from years of study and practice within Zen monasteries in Japan. The photographs are not about belief, but about discipline, time, and presence.
I observe daily life shaped by repetition, restraint, and attention. Bodies, spaces, and gestures are recorded without emphasis, allowing silence and duration to define the image. What appears is not transcendence, but structure—a way of inhabiting time through practice.
